Miss Representation: Documentary Viewing & Discussion
The acclaimed documentary, "Miss Representation" explores how the media’s misrepresentations of women have led to the underrepresentation of women in positions of power and influence. The New Mexico Technology Council (NMTC) and its Women in Technology (NMWIT) peer group will show the documentary and facilitate a discussion on how our group and the community as a whole can take action to change misperceptions and promote a more equitable role for women in the professional world and society as a whole. We invite you to join the discussion!
